My late follow up to Shape Up Diary: Week 1.
Well I’m at 177.6lbs now, a total of 1.8lbs off and still a lot of work to do.
With a large number of parties coming up I am going to have to force myself to be really strict now. I still haven’t exercised yet which is something I am going to have to work on, especially as it’ll help to manage my insomnia that has come screaming back this past week. To be honest I think that the bad diet has also contributed to it too.
