The first follow up to my Shape Up Diary: Week 0 post,
In short i have been cheating all week and not working out, partly because I have felt a little poorly but mostly laziness.
I now weight in at 179lbs, a 0.4lbs loss with only myself to blame. We shall see how much better I do next week.
Only 3 months until the Wedding and Egypt now.
What are your tips for motivation?
